UN ALTRO SUGO FINTO
INGREDIENTS
(For 4 persons)

1 onion;

1 celery rib;

1 carrot;

50 grams of prosciutto;

2 Tbs. of tomato paste;

parsley;
-
1 red hot pepper;
-
salt;
-
extra virgin olive oil.
PREPARATION

Pour a little oil in a pan, add the chopped prosciutto,
the chopped vegetables (onion, celery, carrots, and parsley) and sauté, mixing with a wooden spoon. Continue to cook until light golden.

Add the tomato paste diluted in a glass of warm water, add salt and the chopped hot pepper to taste.
