Mix the ingredients for the filling;

Prepare the dough, which must be rather soft;

Roll the dough with a rolling pin to obtain a layer;

Divide the dough layer into two parts;

Prepare the baking pan;

Place one dough layer in the baking pan and allow
the dough to overlap the rim of the baking pan;

Pour the filling in the pan;

Make round holes on the other dough layer (a thimble
can be used );

Cover the filling with this layer;

Fold the overlapping dough toward the inside of the
pan;

Bake in the oven for one hour.
