This is another very old document (June 30, 1862) of a sale of a vegetable garden located in Fallo, in the section of "Sotto le Case".

Contrary to the analogous document drafted on September 1, 1861, which is also included in the same section of this site, this notarized deed is written in a rather correct Italian and in clear handwriting. Nevertheless it doesn't lack some literary amenities, which considering the times, are forgivable.

The details of the manuscript, however, are not very clear because it was written in a "fancy" calligraphy and on a rough and porous paper. This also explains the many ink spots present, especially in the second sheet.
