| A MARRIAGE OF 1957: THE WEDDING CELEBRATION The wedding are celebrated. This is an image such to the one already published time ago and that representing a couple of bridegrooms at the altar. The altar, according to the old liturgy, "is turned" and the priest officiates turn one's back on the faithful. The balustrade, removed in the years to follow, was emphasizing the separation between the area reserved for the faithful and the one reserved for the celebrations.
