THE FEAST OF THE PATRON 2004 The role of "bearer" is very
much desired: four by four, the faithful ones alternate along all the
way in supporting the statue of the saint, paying the greatest attention
to the height and to the resistance of each bearer in order not to create
dangerous "unbalances" which could seriously compromise the stability
of the heavy statue. |
