THE ASCENSION OF 2005 Every year, forty days after
Easter, the Church celebrates the "Ascension" day in honour of Christ
risen again from the dead. On that day in Fallo the statue of Christ
is taken in procession in the village streets. The photo shows the head
of the procession moving from Piazza Quattro Novembre towards the church
of Saint John the Baptist. |
